You will own strategy and execution across multiple brands as a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist executing multi channel campaigns in a fast moving AI-driven agile team. You ll leverage AI enabled workflows to create high impact multimedia content grow engaged audiences and generate predictable lead flow.
Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Lead the overall strategic planning of digital marketing for multiple brands creating data driven content roadmaps and calendars.
- Produce and publish a steady cadence of short form videos and social posts (videos graphics carousels) across key platforms (IG LinkedIn FB TikTok).
- Publish SEO and LLM optimized blog articles; conduct keyword research to inform topics.
- Build and optimize paid advertising channels (e.g. Google Ads Meta LinkedIn etc) running A/B tests and reporting on ROI.
- Develop and optimize email marketing programs (newsletters and automated nurture sequences) to drive lead engagement and conversions.
- Champion brand presence: maintain consistent visuals and messaging optimize Google Business listings and engage with communities on social media.
- Monitor competitors market developments and regulatory changes to surface insights and refine strategy.
- Track performance metrics in GA4 (and other analytics dashboards) and deliver monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Operationalize AI tools to streamline workflows and document best practices.
- Manage projects assets and timelines; provide administrative support including transcription cleanup meeting coordination and event/tradeshow logistics.
