Location: Makati City
Corporate Title: Junior Officer to Senior Manager
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Project Manager.
In this role you will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement to achieve impactful results.

What the role will entail
- Analyze project proposals to define scope timeline and resource requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including deliverables and milestones
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders through a structured plan
- Benchmark project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What were looking for
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in at least two distinct IT disciplines such as technology architecture solution architecture network management application development middleware design information analysis database management or operations management with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving is essential to the role
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management along with involvement in large projects and at least 3 years of Business Unit (BU) exposure
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams within complex organizational settings with strong soft skills in communication problem-solving decision-making and coaching.
- Background in banking operations such as Retail/Corporate Banking Loans Mortgage Consumer Financing Wealth Management or Marketing; professional certifications and memberships are a plus.
- Outstanding communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
