You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance -based applications. This includes troubleshooting issues applying code-level fixes performing impact analysis and coordinating with multiple integration teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
Troubleshoot application and integration issues -based systems and provide timely resolutions
Perform root cause analysis and apply code-level fixes for production issues
Handle support tickets prioritize based on impact and provide resolution within agreed SLAs
Monitor system performance and health proactively identify potential issues
Collaborate with integration teams and other third-party vendors to resolve interface-related problems
Maintain documentation of known issues and resolution steps
Participate in change requests and deployments during planned downtime or off-peak hours
Provide on-call/extended hour support when needed
Take ownership of critical incidents and ensure effective root cause resolution
Support enhancement releases by validating deployment changes and performing post-deployment verification
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
Strong experience in Web APIs for code-level debugging
Proficiency in reading logs and using diagnostic tools (e.g. IIS logs Event Viewer APM tools like Dynatrace or AppInsights)
Familiarity with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) for basic queries and investigating DB issues
Exposure to integration protocols (SOAP REST) to coordinate with external systems

Clear and structured communication with business and technical teams
Coordination and stakeholder management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
