Job Description

Were looking for a proactive and strategic Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial industrial and retail properties in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team manage key client relationships and contribute to the success of some of the citys most dynamic assets.
What youll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio.
- Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for commercial assets.
- Building strong relationships with clients tenants contractors and stakeholders.
- Overseeing tenancy management lease compliance and vacancy minimisation.
- Collaborating with leasing marketing and facilities teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Driving ESG initiatives and sustainability across property operations.
- Preparing budgets financial reports and ensuring timely rent collection.

Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in property management ideally across commercial and retail sectors.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
