Role: Freelance Business Development Partner
Location: Enugu (Remote must reside in Enugu)
Industry: HR & Recruitment Consulting
Remuneration: Commission-based (up to 15% per closed deal)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and independent Business Development Partner to join our team in Enugu. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting our HR and recruitment consulting services to businesses in the region. This is a flexible remote role with commission-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify approach and engage businesses in need of HR/recruitment support
Present and promote Coralford s consulting solutions effectively
Convert leads into clients and manage follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
Track and report sales activities and achievements regularly
Requirements
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in sales business development or HR services
Strong presentation persuasion and closing skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Must be familiar with CRM and reporting tools
Educational requirement: OND/HND/.
