What Youll Do

Marine Operations Planning & Supervision

• Plan and supervise all marine operations with comprehensive oversight of vessel activities
  
• Coordinate precise vessel movements and positioning for optimal operational support
  
• Manage complex anchoring and mooring operations to ensure vessel stability and safety
  
• Implement marine operational procedures and best practices across all vessel activities
  

Navigation & Risk Management

• Conduct weather routing analysis and comprehensive marine risk assessments
  
• Monitor weather conditions and sea states to ensure safe marine operations
  
• Develop contingency plans for adverse weather conditions and operational challenges
  
• Ensure optimal vessel positioning and movement strategies based on environmental conditions
  

Regulatory Compliance & Contractor Coordination

• Ensure strict compliance with maritime regulations and international standards
  
• Coordinate effectively with marine contractors and vessel operators for seamless operations
  
• Manage contractor performance and ensure adherence to maritime safety procedures
  
• Interface with maritime authorities and regulatory bodies as required
  

Emergency Response & Crisis Management

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering Naval Architecture Maritime Studies or equivalent maritime qualification
  
• Master Mariner License or equivalent certification demonstrating comprehensive maritime competency
  
• DP (Dynamic Positioning) certificates with current validity for vessel positioning operations
  
• STCW certificates (all relevant) including advanced maritime safety certifications
  
• BOSIET/FOET (Basic/Further Offshore Emergency Training) certification

• 8-15 years of comprehensive marine experience in offshore oil & gas operations
  
• Marine emergency response training with proven incident management capabilities
  
• Valid medical certificate demonstrating fitness for offshore marine operations
  
• Extensive knowledge of maritime regulations and international compliance standards
  
• Proven expertise in vessel positioning anchoring and mooring operations
