Job Description
Prepare daily sales/operations reports for management.
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the canteen.
Supervise kitchen service and support staff.
Supervise the preparation of meals and snacks production.
Ensure strict adherence to the culinary requirements of different dietary conditions.
Ensure food safety hygiene and quality standards are met always.
Manage stock orders and supplies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily sales/operations reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum OND/HND in Hospitality Catering Food Science or related field.
At least 2 years supervisory experience in a canteen restaurant or catering service.
Strong leadership organization and communication skills.
Ability to cook meals of the three major tribal groups in Nigeria.
Must be able to prepare a couple of intercontinental cuisines and make tasty pastries and small chops
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
