At least 2 years supervisory experience in a canteen restaurant or catering service.
Strong leadership organization and communication skills.
Ability to cook meals of the three major tribal groups in Nigeria.
Must be able to prepare a couple of intercontinental cuisines and make tasty pastries and small chops
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
