Job Description
We are seeking a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our teams. The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development configuration and integration with a proven track record of participation in complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
- Perform BMC development configuration and integration using technologies such as REST API web services and script-based solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams if needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
- Proficiency in using Spoon PowerShell and Data Manager for data migration.
- Experience with Cloud technologies.
- Strong experience with REST API web services and script-based solutions for integration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
