Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field. Master s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or a similar role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Strong documentation and business process modeling skills
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel Visio JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid)
- Competence in planning time management and organizational tasks
- Exposure to budgeting financial management and contract handling (limited scope)
- Understanding of risk management and change management principles
- Experience with QA processes and agile delivery
- Professional certifications such as CBAP CCBA or PMI-PBA
- Domain expertise in a specific industry (e.g. healthcare banking logistics or software)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL Power BI Tableau)
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and collaboration with design teams
