Job Description
- Design develop and execute performance test plans and scripts.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Java Python JavaScript).
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
