- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures
- Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness ensuring compliance with regional guidelines
- Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties
- Collaborate with employees line managers and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region
- Work closely with the wider HR community including Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services
- Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
Here are the desired Skills and Experience
- Experience preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion
- Good IT skills particularly MS Word Excel Outlook
- Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative ability managing a complex and varied workload.
- Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
- Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Confident diplomatic and tactful
Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
