Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Consultant to support the successful execution of two flagship initiatives at Bhumi Bhumi Campus Awards (BCA) and Daan Utsav 2025. This role is critical in driving youth engagement and fostering a culture of volunteering across college campuses.
This position plays a vital role in advancing Bhumi s mission of enabling youth to lead change by creating platforms that inspire recognize and celebrate volunteerism.
About the Program:
Through Bhumi Campus Awards (BCA) Bhumi aims to recognize and celebrate 50 socially responsible colleges while engaging over 250 colleges across India in the process. This initiative seeks to foster a culture of active citizenship and community service among college students.
As part of Daan Utsav 2025 our goal is to mobilize and engage 35000 volunteers nationwide in acts of giving kindness and collective social impact during the Joy of Giving Week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilize colleges across India for Bhumi Campus Awards 2025 and Daan Utsav campaigns
- Coordinate with college clubs jury members award finalists and event teams
- Manage outreach follow-ups communications and documentation
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and on-ground events
- Support storytelling social media content and campaign promotion across networks
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in any relevant field or a fellowship.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with volunteers is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management is essential.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Excellent communication skills- English.
- Active on social media. Prompt and consistent interaction with volunteers and coordinators essential.
- Prior experience with volunteer management college fests or NGO work is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced impact-driven environment.
