Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP design installation and coordination for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure systems are implemented in accordance with project specifications codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan design and oversee the implementation of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems for various construction projects.

Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects civil engineers contractors and suppliers for seamless project execution.

Monitor site installation works and ensure quality control of MEP systems.

Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
-
Manage project schedules resource planning and budgeting for MEP works.
-
Ensure MEP systems comply with relevant local and international codes and regulations.
-
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including project reports drawings and compliance records.

Liaise with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.

3 5 years of experience in MEP system design installation and site supervision.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and other MEP software tools.

Good understanding of HVAC fire-fighting water supply drainage and electrical systems.

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.
