Position: Executive Search Consultant - Non-IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in non-IT sectors and demonstrate a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading companies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates within specified industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their executive search needs and organizational culture.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts for talent sourcing.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients highlighting their strengths and fit for the role.
  • Manage candidate relationships providing feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and clients.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successfully placed candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within our CRM system.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
  • Continuously improve and refine recruitment strategies based on market trends.
  • Participate in team meetings sharing insights and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment preferably in non-IT sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and talent management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage candidate offers effectively.
  • Passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
