Position: Executive Search Consultant - Non-IT Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in non-IT sectors and demonstrate a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading companies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates within specified industries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their executive search needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts for talent sourcing.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations.
- Present qualified candidates to clients highlighting their strengths and fit for the role.
- Manage candidate relationships providing feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and clients.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successfully placed candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within our CRM system.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
- Continuously improve and refine recruitment strategies based on market trends.
- Participate in team meetings sharing insights and best practices.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successful placements in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and talent management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings.
