We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in sales and 1 year in management. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for numerous customers delivering an exceptional first impression and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Lead sales processes from lead to close; act as the main contact for clients guiding sales strategies handling objections and negotiating successful deals.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify needs and opportunities initially focusing on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Provide a world-class customer experience by obsessively prioritizing customer and prospect satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities promoting Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Articulate the value of solutions convincingly through verbal and written communication helping customers envision the benefits of Microsoft technologies.
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into tangible opportunities by qualifying them through criteria such as BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline).
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for new revenue sales pipeline and product usage; aim for 200 leads and 30 opportunities per month with high daily activity (60-90 touchpoints).
- Utilize social media digital channels video chat phone and demos to effectively reach engage and manage customers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve business offerings acting as the Voice of the Customer.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with excellent spoken and written communication skills plus fluency in English.
- High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience with at least 1 year in the IT industry.
- Minimum 1 year of account management or customer management experience.
- Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools and experience from retail sales internships or entrepreneurial programs.
- Experience with or selling Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is a plus.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance with the initiative to work independently improve skills and seek continuous growth.
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills capable of engaging via phone email video and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry with the ability to quickly learn about new products and solutions.
- Goal-driven motivated by exceeding sales targets through strategic leadership and collaboration.
- Strong time management skills able to work autonomously with integrity.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Windows OS and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
