In this role you will lead technical upgrade projects across our store portfolio and take ownership of consolidating analysing and reporting energy data. You will be part of a dedicated team of 60 colleagues and report directly to the Head of Real Estate BS&O. Together with the team you will help drive strategic initiatives toward more efficient and sustainable operations.

Qualifications :
YOUR NEXT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of collecting analysing and reporting energy consumption data across 3500 stores offices and distribution centres
- Selecting and implementing new energy management and reporting tools and systems
- Leading digital upgrade projects to modernise and streamline data collection and visualisation
- Identifying energy-saving opportunities and uncovering technical issues or inefficiencies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align efforts with sustainability and cost-reduction goals
- Ensuring full compliance with ISO 50001 and the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED)
- You should expect 40-50 travel days a year
Please note: This is a specialist role with no direct managerial responsibilities.

- Has solid experience in energy systems data management or sustainability reporting
- Brings strong international project management skills and thrives in cross-border collaboration
- Enjoys working with data and systems and can translate insights into actionable improvements
- Is self-motivated organised and eager to enhance tools and processes
- Communicates effectively and works well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Is driven by creating measurable value for the business people and the planet
