Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams in the payments area
- Evaluate and translate business requirements to ensure technically sound and efficient solutions
- Work closely with other teams to coordinate partner integrations and applications ensuring the successful implementation of required adjustments and the creation of state-of-the-art solutions
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Support day-to-day operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams
- Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics or a related field
- 25 years of experience in (agile) IT project management and business analysis within a tech-driven environment
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels
- Strong analytical skills fast comprehension and an organized hands-on approach
- Proactive mindset solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Confident use of JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Experience in designing process flows is a plus
- Knowledge of the payments fintech or e-commerce sectors is beneficial
- Familiarity with change management such as introducing new processes or supporting organizational change is an advantage
