Role & Expectations
Begin by working alongside our current sales representative focusing on the Indian desk.
Take full ownership and management of the Indian desk with the goal of growing it into one of the company s largest and most successful departments.
Lead mentor and motivate the retention team to meet and exceed KPIs.
Develop and execute strategies to increase client engagement and maximize lifetime value.
Collaborate with other teams (Conversion Marketing Compliance) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and compliance with company standards.

Requirements
Mandatory: Previous experience in the Forex industry.
Proven track record of leading teams and achieving performance targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to scale operations quickly.
Fluent English; Hindi language skills are a huge advantage.
Willingness to relocate to South Africa.
