Job Description
Manages customer requirements including gathering input for IT product/service/solution development.
Drives the business value of the solution during the whole lifecycle (design&build deploy run improve scale retire the IT solution) in alignment with Program Management and IT Owner
Organizes and ensures stable operations of the IT Solution in collaboration with Operations Manager and Product Owners
Proactively consults the Customers of the Solution in optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization.
Drives solution roadmap and covers the planning process in close alignment with all contributing units and integrated products and services.
Ensures that all stakeholders especially but not limited to IT Owner Program Management and Product Owners are aligned where required.
Qualifications :
Strong background in Product (Solution) Management Requirements Engineering and Stakeholder Relationship Management. Highly passionate about product-centric and solution-oriented work.
Proficient in Portfolio and Demand Management Governance and Business Situation Analysis.
Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies and Entrepreneurship.
Proven collaboration skills customer-centric mindset and servant leadership approach.
Strong understanding of the Bosch IT landscape principle and the market trends.
Proven experience in designing and delivering data-driven solutions in complex IT landscapes preferably in an enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on background in data architecture data modeling and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT) using technologies such as Python SQL Spark Kafka or Airflow.
Analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.
A completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
