Proactively recruiting and onboarding qualified carers enrolled and registered nurses and community support workersensuring timely compliant placements in residential and in-home settings.
Working closely with recruitment operations to convert candidates into active team members and respond swiftly to client staffing needs.
Managing recruitment processes compliance checks and performance targets to drive sustainable workforce growth and retention.

Working within a tight knit team of Recruiters and other Operational Consultants we are looking for:
Any understanding of the healthcare nursing or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!

Experience recruiting across healthcare - aged residential or community care settings
Proven ability to recruit and onboard compliant quality staff quickly
Positive proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Background in high-volume recruitment commercial call centre sales or similar settings
Salary : $65-70000 base.
