We require a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team on a full-time basis at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
- Managing the day-to-day profitability presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys food and beverage features to promote to clients
- Managing leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained
- Work closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage department
- Roster according to department needs
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.

Qualifications :
To be a success in this position you will have:
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a similar role
- Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and promoting a safe and responsible drinking environment.
- Proven experience in managing staff with a strong ability to lead mentor and motivate a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Expertise in generating and implementing innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives
- Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages including product knowledge industry trends and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members customers and senior management fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with an unwavering positive attitude
- High level of self-motivation confidence and initiative with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
- A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings weekends and other peak periods as required demonstrating commitment to meeting the needs of the business and ensuring smooth operations.
