Job Description
OVERVIEW:
As a Billing Clerk you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of our services. Working closely with a dynamic and motivated team your attention to detail and proactive mindset will support the efficient execution of billing operations and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Ensure the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies
- Review customer contracts and sales tickets to calculate fees and applicable charges
- Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the system
- Maintain and update invoice records and customer profiles
- Set up and adjust products and services in customer accounts
- Handle written inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the billing team
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are organized flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Accounting Controlling or preferably Accounts Receivable
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Finance FP&A)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel (intermediate level required)
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or any ERP/database system is an advantage
- Fluent in English Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

Additional Information :
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
