Job Description

Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Team Management & Development

  • Recruit train and coach sales staff in selling skills negotiation techniques and customer service.

  • Foster an efficient work culture strong team spirit and motivation across the sales team.

2. KPI & Performance Management

  • Recommend revenue/KPI targets for individuals and the team; monitor progress towards these goals.

  • Track and evaluate performance results proposing solutions to improve business effectiveness.

3. Strategy & Market Development

  • Conduct market research analyze competitors identify opportunities and propose business expansion plans.

  • Develop and implement campaigns to acquire new customers and nurture existing ones.

4. Reporting & Key Performance Indicators

  • Report directly to the BDM.

  • Take responsibility for:

    • Number of new partnerships signed each month/quarter.

    • KPI achievement rates of team members.

    • Performance of partnership programs per campaign.

5. Strengthen Partnerships & Secure Contracts

  • Establish maintain and expand the network of customers and strategic partners.

  • Negotiate cooperation terms and sign contracts to ensure the company s benefits.

6. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Economics Business Administration Marketing or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales of HRM ERP products or market development with at least 2 years in a team management role.

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Guide and develop team members to enhance selling capabilities and deal-closing skills.

  • Leadership & People Management: Motivate delegate effectively and manage team performance.

  • Analytical & Strategic Planning: Interpret sales data forecast trends and craft actionable strategies.

  • Negotiation & Communication: Confident in presenting persuading overcoming objections and closing deals.

  • KPI & Target Tracking: Monitor evaluate and adjust plans to exceed objectives.

  • Customer-Driven & Results-Focused: Prioritize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

  • Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies.

  • Integrity and reliability in all business dealings.

  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
