Nursery Room Leader (Baby Room) Up to 31500 Level 3 Early Years Qualified
Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join their welcoming nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career leading the baby room in a beautiful purpose-built nursery with large play areas a sensory room and fully equipped age-appropriate spaces.
This full-time role (40 hours per week with a paid lunch break included) offers the chance to work in a supportive environment where staff wellbeing is a priority.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with babies in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A warm caring and patient approach.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the baby room ensuring a safe stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Plan deliver and review engaging activities that support early development.
- Provide guidance and support to a small team of practitioners.
- Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- Ensure all safeguarding health & safety and EYFS standards are met.
- Monitor and record childrens progress sharing updates with families.
