Nursery Room Leader (Baby Room) Up to 31500 Level 3 Early Years Qualified

Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join their welcoming nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career leading the baby room in a beautiful purpose-built nursery with large play areas a sensory room and fully equipped age-appropriate spaces.

This full-time role (40 hours per week with a paid lunch break included) offers the chance to work in a supportive environment where staff wellbeing is a priority.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with babies in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A warm caring and patient approach.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the baby room ensuring a safe stimulating and nurturing environment.
  • Plan deliver and review engaging activities that support early development.
  • Provide guidance and support to a small team of practitioners.
  • Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure all safeguarding health & safety and EYFS standards are met.
  • Monitor and record childrens progress sharing updates with families.
