Our client is a fast-growing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Recruit experienced positions with a primary focus on Sales/Business Development roles (80%) and other occasional positions (20%).
Schedule interviews and follow up on the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the HR & Administration department to handle general tasks if required (rarely occurs).
Age: 26 32
Outgoing personality with good communication skills; intelligent and agile.
Former headhunter or Talent Acquisition professional experienced in sourcing senior and executive-level candidates.
Having an existing HR/HRM network and experience in recruiting candidates for B2B Sales roles is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure; previous roles typically had clear KPIs.
