Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity privacy and ESG (Environmental Social Governance). About the Role
Join Fieldguide as a Software Engineer where youll help create technology that empowers professionals and reimagines the future of accounting. As part of our collaborative engineering team youll work on a platform that serves thousands of users daily gaining hands-on experience with the latest in AI and machine learning. If youre passionate about building meaningful tech and looking to make a real impact in a startup setting this role is for you.
What Youll Do
Collaborate with experienced engineers to design and launch impactful new features for our AI-powered platform.
Engage in the full lifecycle of software development from initial concept to deployment.
Leverage the latest technology to address complex workflow challenges in accounting.
Drive innovation in AI/ML initiatives helping to automate and enhance our platforms capabilities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions supporting continuous improvement.
Gain exposure to best practices in engineering and startup operations expanding both your technical and professional skills.
Who You Are
Strong foundational knowledge in programming and computer science principles.
Curious and adaptable with a passion for learning and experimenting with new tech.
Interested in AI and ML with a focus on impactful real-world applications.
Detail-oriented and analytical with a drive to solve complex problems.
Excellent communicator and collaborator thriving in team environments.
