- Bachelors Degree inrelated field preferred and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in allMicrosoft Office applications.
- Strong businessknowledge and understanding in at least two of the following areas: FinanceOrder Management Inventory Management Warehouse Management PurchasingQuality Manufacturing Call Center Operations.
- Strong knowledge inrelational databases such as Oracle or MySQL. SQL programming skills in datagathering validation and reporting.
- Use and support ofstructured support and maintenance processes and techniques.
- Knowledge andexperience in a TQM (Total Quality Management) 6 Sigma ISO 9000 or SEI/CMMenvironment preferred.
- Understanding of supplychain systems architecture and operating infrastructure (HP and SUN hardwareUnix operating systems and Oracle relational database).

GeneralSummary.
The Business Analyst III will work as a strategicpartner with operations finance support groups and the customer to identifyand report on key metrics develop and automate reporting through visual basicscripting bring operational data to life and enable better performanceassessment and smarter business decisions.
This position will beresponsible for..
- Participate in allphases of the implementation integration and on-going sustainment ofenterprise wide business systems.
- Interprets resultsusing a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation viastatistical analysis to complex data mining.
- Designs developsimplements and maintains business solutions.
- Works directly withclients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
- Collect business systemrequirements and analyze business processes.
- Designing configuringand testing application enhancements and end user reports.
- Identifying applicationgaps and developing and executing gap closure plans.
- Conducting businessprocess simulations and user acceptance tests.
- Training end users inhandling the applications functional details and enabling users to assumeownership of the applications.
- Monitoring andtroubleshoot go-live events.
- Document procedures tostandardize and maintain process controls.
- Establish and maintainstrong working relationships with co-workers the business communitycustomers consultants contractors and vendors.
- Develop and maintain abroad awareness of the hardware software and networking components of thestrategic system architecture.
- Follow change controland software life cycle methodologies in day-to-day activities.
- Work with the TechnicalAnalysts to establish maintain and update the strategy (methodology processesstandards tools service/support agreements) used in implementing businesssystems.
- Provide status updatesidentify areas and opportunities for improvement and escalate problems in atimely manner.
