Job Description
Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office at our Philadelphia HQ - 1818 Market Street.
How you will help
As a Corporate Strategy Analyst at HealthVerity you will help shape strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality analyses market research executive-ready recommendations and strategic implementation. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across product sales data and finance to evaluate external growth opportunities and identify strategic priorities to strengthen HealthVeritys leadership in the healthcare data and product ecosystem.
What you will do
- Conduct market competitor and financial analyses to support strategic projects and initiatives
- Evaluate new product and business model opportunities in support of long-term growth
- Collaborate with product commercial and operations teams to analyze business performance and recommend improvements
- Build business cases (including ROI and scenario modeling) for new initiatives including M&A partnerships and product investments
- Support strategic planning cycles OKR setting and board reporting
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to leadership
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide concise summaries to senior leadership
- Assist in the development of presentations for board meetings investor communications and offsite strategy sessions

Required skills and experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Data Science or a related field
- 23 years of experience in management consulting investment banking corporate strategy business operations or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic and financial analysis (e.g. Excel modeling market sizing)
- Experience working cross-functionally on strategic initiatives
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Powerpoint Excel) and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau) is a plus
Desired skills and experience
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry (especially data technology or services)
- Exposure to or interest in M&A partnerships or corporate development
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics
- Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy considerations is a plus
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $90000 - 120000 annual bonus opportunity.
Hiring Locations
Our main office is located in Center City Philadelphia where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
For certain roles we also hire from hub locationsregions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely. While these employees primarily work from home we bring them together in person at lease once a year for team-building collaboration and strategic planning.
Due to tax and labor regulations we can only hire from specific states. Remote work is supported in the following key hub locations and approved states:
