Job Description
Job Summary
The Regional Vice President is responsible for providing management and oversight demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the companys objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

- Participate in the hiring and training of new team members
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required
- Lead status update meetings
- Oversee all team operations ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Manage budget and production agenda
- Be responsible for overall successful operation of the team
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team
- Report directly to senior management
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction
- Liaise between other members of the leadership team and subordinates
- Evaluate subordinates providing constructive feedback
- Manage employee concerns through collaboration with HR
- Contribute to the maximization of efficiency and productivity
- Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related area required; Masters Degree preferred.
- 5 years significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outstanding management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Fiscal management experience.
- Ability to effectively delegate and maintain a big picture strategic view.
- Have the ability to translate policies into daily routine operations.
- Self-assured confident and goal-oriented.
