As an Application Support Engineer youll be at the forefront of this transformation responsible for monitoring tickets managing service requests and resolving incidents and problems. Youll be part of a dynamic team supporting US/Canada-based applications applying your expertise in ETL AI and Big Data to drive innovation and deliver life-changing medicines. With 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering big data platforms and AI technologies youll possess broad functional knowledge and in-depth technical skills in ETL Technologies Data Processing and Analytics Tools. Accountabilities

Design develop and maintain ETL processes using SnapLogic or DBT focusing on performance optimization data integration quality and solve.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to analyze data requirements and provide solutions for data extraction and transformation.

Ensure data quality and integrity by developing robust validation and error-checking processes.

Resolve technical issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements as required.

Understand AI and machine learning models handle data preparation feature engineering and operationalize deployment pipelines for seamless integration with production systems.

Collaborate closely with data engineers business analysts and other collaborators to identify AI use cases and translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Understand AZURE AI CLI and CLU services to streamline the development deployment and management of AI-powered solutions on Azure.

Leverage machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to build predictive analytics and recommendation systems based on large datasets.

Contribute to the development of best practices standards and guidelines for big data management and governance.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Experience required in ETL tools (SnapLogic/DBT/Mulesoft).
• Technical hands-on experience in MySQL Oracle SQL Server & Postgres.
• Capabilities for Problem determination workaround resolution root cause analysis.
• Candidate should have experience working with big data platforms.
• Exposure in AI/ML technologies; ability to support the implementation of AI/ML pipelines considered an advantage.
• Experience with ServiceNow Jira and Agile working practices.
• Dedicated self-taught and proactive behavior are a must.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Scripting languages: Python/R.
• Knowledge on LLM / RNN AI Models.
• Knowledge on Azure CLI / CLU.
