About the Role
Were looking for a talentedProduct Designerto join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up on a mission to redefine how complex workflows are managed in enterprise environments. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team at a pivotal stage of growth designing for a platform with ambitious plans to expand globally and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Youll have a key role in shaping the user experience across the product suite solving challenging design problems and driving improvements that make a measurable difference for thousands of users.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead major UI/UX improvementsacross the platform with an immediate focus on redesigning ourintake and matter management product modernising workflows and introducing a new design system.
Conduct deepuser research and discoveryto build a more robust understanding of target user personas and embed this thinking in every design decision.
Work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders toconceptualise prototype and deliver experiences that delight users while driving business outcomes.
Build and evolve a scalabledesign system improving consistency and design quality across a large and complex product surface area.
Influence not justexecutionbutproduct direction bringing user insights into roadmap conversations.

A significant uplift inUI quality and design consistencyacross the platform.
Improved team understanding of user personas backed by strong discovery and research.
A well-defined and adopteddesign systempowering faster higher-quality iterations.
Strong design leadership in tacklinghistorical product design debt making workflows simpler and more intuitive.
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in product design for SaaS ideally withincomplex workflow or enterprise platforms.
StrongUX strategy and UI executionskills with experience running discovery and user testing.
Proven track record of developing or scalingdesign systems.
Proficiency withFigmaand familiarity with component libraries like Storybook.
Ability to collaborate effectively influencing product direction as well as execution.
Bonus: exposure toAI-powered productsor front-end development.
