Element has an opportunity for a new Customer Credit and Onboarding Specialist tojoin our team in Cincinnati. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the Testing Inspection and Certification sector (TIC).
In this role you will report to the Credit Manager and will be responsible for the primary support of the customer onboarding process. You will work with Element Labs and customers to set up new accounts and communicate with internal and external customers effectively; ensuring that all Element policies are being adhered to during the onboarding process. Ifyou are passionate about delivering a best-in-class experience through effective collaboration this role is for you.
Hybrid role: 3 days in office 2 days remote
