Technical Sales Engineer - Molding & Precision Machining
- 5 years of experience in the plastics industry including mold making to deliver tailored solutions to our clients is necessary
- 2 years of proven technical sales expertise ideally gained within a manufacturing environment is also required
- Pay is $75000 to $120000 based upon experience
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- This position is onsite only with no remote work with minimal travel
- Full-time permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits 12 paid holidays and a 401(k) with company match
- No relocation
- Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Independently manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
- Plan and organize daily sales activity based on customer needs and opportunities
- Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customers application and technical requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate customer sales reports
- Generate accurate quotes using appropriate industry language and terms
- Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge in mold making and injection molding
- Attend industry events and engage with professional networks to promote the companys capabilities
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 5 years of experience in plastic injection molds mold making or the plastics industry
- 2 years experience in a technical sales or account management role
- Proven ability to meet sales goals manage client relationships and close deals
- Strong prospecting negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting technical information and proposals to engineering and purchasing teams
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes of Milwaukee WI
