Manager GK Environmental Services
Location: Great Bend KS
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Farm Operations
About Us
GK Environmental Services is a key division supporting the agricultural success of ILS through sustainable nutrient management. We specialize in the professional and timely application of manure across farms in Central Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily operations ensuring jobs are completed safely and on schedule
- Manage and train crew supporting a positive and productive work environment
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Prioritize workloads coordinate job site logistics and manage scheduling
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professional client communication
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or training in agriculture operations or mechanics is a plus
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in agriculture or a similar field
- License: CDL (Class A) required
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities
- Commitment to safety quality and customer service
