The opportunity
Our Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team is part of an international network of offices and operate on a global basis. We believe a better working world means helping clients harness the right people with the right capabilities in the right place and the right cost.
As part of our team you will help to move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces - supporting them across areas like tax immigration payroll relocation policy advisory and gain hands-on experience in consulting global mobility and project management while helping deliver smooth and strategic mobility arrangements.
OurAssignment Servicesoffering is built around two core pillars:
- Mobility Transformation Advising clients on how to evolve their global mobility functions and supporting implementation through strategic projects leveraging our deep expertise.
- Assignment Management Managing international and domestic move administration for clients by operating their mobility functions either fully or partially.
This is a hybrid position based in Naarm Melbourne Boorloo Perth Meanjin Brisbane or Warrang Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service acting as a trusted advisor to mobility teams and assignees and providing real-time guidance and policy advice to support global mobility programs.
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobility services lead both onshore and offshore teams manage transformation projects and ensure timely high-quality outcomes that align with client goals and business value.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify risks and opportunities across mobility programs leverage networks and technology to enhance service delivery mentor junior team members and drive innovation through regulatory insight and creative thinking.

- Global Mobility Expertise & Client Focus: Passionate about global mobility with hands-on experience in administering programs advising on policy principles and calculating assignment allowances. Committed to delivering best-in-class solutions and managing client expectations with a strong commercial mindset.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership in managing individuals and teams mentoring others and fostering strong working relationships. A collaborative team player who integrates quickly and adapts to changing client needs while driving strategic outcomes.
- Innovation & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in project management budget oversight and technology demonstrations. Brings creative thinking and fresh perspectives to client challenges with a strong grasp of broader business issues and a drive to shape future service offerings.
