Job OverviewFull Stack Development: Build and maintain backend and frontend systems for AI-powered platforms using Python and modern frameworks (e.g. FastAPI Flask Django React or similar).
LLM Integration: Design and implement integrations with LLM providers (OpenAI Azure OpenAI or custom models) to enable intelligent features like chat summarization or natural language processing.
DevOps & SRE Practices: Contribute to the reliability and performance of production systems by developing automated deployment pipelines monitoring logging and alerting solutions.
Infrastructure Automation: Work with CI/CD workflows automate testing and releases and support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to ensure smooth operations.
Incident Support: Participate in on-call rotations with the SRE team respond to incidents troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
Collaboration: Partner with platform AI/ML product and operations teams to define requirements ship features and improve system health.
Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and knowledge base articles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with best practices in software engineering DevOps SRE and AI/LLM integrations. Suggest and drive improvements across the tech stack.
Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
3 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development of full stack applications (backend and frontend).
Proficient in Python (API/service development) and familiar with at least one frontend framework (React or similar).
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI or others) into production applications.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus) for deploying scaling and operating software.
Familiarity with SRE or DevOps practicesmonitoring observability CI/CD automation and basic incident response.
Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana Splunk or similar).
Strong debugging troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure LLM observability or prompt engineering.
Experience participating in on-call rotations or incident management in production environments.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
