CNA or Medical Assistant Full-Time Location:
Silverdale WA / Gig Harbor WA Company: Peninsula Pain Clinic
Peninsula Pain Clinic the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region is seeking a reliable and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a float position between our Silverdale and Gig Harbor locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care assist with procedures and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs documenting medical history and reviewing current medications.
- Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Answer phones respond to patient inquiries and route messages appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Process referrals prior authorizations and prescription refill requests.

Work Schedule:
- MonThu: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred
- Must be able to travel between Silverdale and Gig Harbor offices
- Reliable professional and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with EMR systems and general computer use
