The Benefits Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the administration of our comprehensive associate benefits programs ensuring associates understand and effectively utilize their benefits. This position serves as a primary point of contact for associate inquiries via the WSFS Benefits mailbox phone calls and e-mails. The Benefits Coordinator will respond to associate inquires across all levels of the organization to address basic to moderately complex benefits-related inquiries enrollment and changes. The Benefits Coordinator is expected to demonstrate a strong associate-centered service mentality by maintaining empathy and a customer-service focus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist associates with benefits enrollment changes and inquiries.
  • Input and maintain accurate benefit records within Workday.
  • Manage the banks tuition reimbursement program and mobile messaging credits program.
  • Present benefits materials and answer questions at new hire orientation.
  • Participate in open enrollment process (testing audits assist associates etc.).
  • Track missed benefit payments for LOA associates and coordinate repayment of premiums upon their return from LOA.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors and handle issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with benefit regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly wellbeing communications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is preferred. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUPs complex formulas).
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations (ACA ADA COBRA ERISA FMLA HIPAA USERRA etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Salary Range:

$44146.00 - $72525.25

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.

In addition to base salary WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
