Job Description
Junior Plumbing Estimator position in San Francisco Bay Area
This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CAs biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.
We are looking for a Junior Plumbing Estimator with 1 or more years of Commercial Plumbing Estimating experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work in Excel Quickpen (Accubid) and BlueBeam on Plumbing Estimates for current and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with Preconstruction Purchasing and Project Management groups
- Check Estimates for accuracy and look for value engineering opportunities
Requirements:
- 1 years of Plumbing Estimating experience
Preferred:
- Prior Plumbing Journeyman and/or Foreman experience
- Local in Bay Area
- Stable work-history
- Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor
- Medium to Large Project experience
- Knowledge working with Excel Quickpen (Accubid) and BlueBeam
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
