Job Description
$3000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Were currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! Were looking for an experienced candidate with a solid background in engine diagnostics and repair. Ford certification is a plus. This role involves completing repairs based on work orders and identifying additional issues during inspections.

$3000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately as outlined in repair orders
Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and test systems and components
Inspect and repair systems such as engines transmissions drivetrains suspension steering brakes HVAC and electrical
Coordinate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend additional services when necessary
Complete all warranty and manufacturer-required repairs according to established guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of hands-on mechanic experience
Previous experience working at a Ford dealership is a strong advantage
Skilled in using diagnostic software and tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
Professional team-oriented and dependable attitude
Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and service procedure
Must have a valid drivers license
