Job Description
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Jeep Master Diesel Certified Technician!
Location: Oak Lawn IL
Schedule: Full Time (5 days week)
Pay Scale: $47 per flat rate hour (BOE ASE Certifications and/or Training)
$10000 sign-on bonus for top-tier diesel certified technicians!

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics maintenance and repair on Stellantis diesel vehicles
- Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
- Utilize the latest Stellantis diagnostic tools software and service equipment
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
- Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every repair
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Document all repair and maintenance work performed including parts used and labor time
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues repair options and estimated completion times
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications :
- ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (min 3 years)
- Must be willing to submit a background screening
