The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Quality Production Specialist Investigations (level 3) to join our Quality Specialist team in Auburn Washington.
This position supports the Notification of Escapement process across BCA Fabrication Division working closely with Manufacturing Business Units Engineering Supplier Quality and Airplane Programs. The role performs detailed inquiry analysis and communication of information to resolve Quality issues throughout the value stream. A growth mindset will be key in meeting organizational goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with leaders at all levels in a highly dynamic and impactful environment.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance for reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type quality procedures and engineering requirements
- Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products operations and processes
- Applies knowledge of aerospace design systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems
- Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance
- Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field
- Establishes process and product improvements by implementing technical initiatives
- Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System
- Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion
- Reviews and oversees approval of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes
- Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience working with a Quality job role
- 3 years of experience with conducting quality investigations Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
- 3 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1 years with Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft structures
- 1 years gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- 1 years in Quality Assurance
- 1 years working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment
