Position Overview
Globe Life is looking to hire Remote Sales Representatives (as well as Remote Call Center Agents). These roles involve engaging both new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs commonly through virtual calls or presentations and guiding them toward suitable life health or supplemental products
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting needs analysis and product presentations
Following up to close sales and build client relationships
Working toward monthly/quarterly targets
Updating clients on policy changes and maintaining ongoing service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- Willing to undergo state background check
- Must have a valid Drivers license
- Previous sales experience is not always required but strong communication organizational and self-motivated traits are essential
- You may need to obtain state insurance licensing if not already held
