What Youll Do

• Craft assemble and install custom trim cabinetry and finishes for commercial modular units.
• Read and interpret shop drawings to bring designs to life.
• Work with wood laminates and specialty finishes to deliver flawless results.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit production team to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of finish carpentry experience (millwork/cabinetry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work from technical drawings.
• Comfort using a variety of woodworking tools and equipment.
• A team player with a strong safety culture mindset committed to keeping yourself and your coworkers safe every day.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift move and stage materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Walk stand and work actively in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
