Description of the role:
Greenacres Nissan is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Greenacres FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Train and mentor sales representatives
- Monitor performance and motivate team to reach goals
- Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation: $125000.00 - $185000.00 per year
