Business Development/Marketing Coordinator FT 40 hours per week We are seeking a strategic and driven individual to actively pursue business opportunities for a growing behavioral health provider. This role will be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities (including grant work)forming strategic partnerships and maintaining positive relationships with community partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mental health services and experience in grant work and marketing. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze industry trends emerging markets and competitor activity.
- Identify growth opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new mental health services or programs.
Partnership & Outreach: - Build relationships with hospitals clinics schools insurers and government agencies.
- Pitch mental health services and solutions to prospective partners and clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts.
Revenue Growth: - Identify local state and federal grant opportunities consistent with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Assist to write grants submit and arrange
- Meet or exceed revenue and partnership development targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work with clinical marketing and product teams to align service offerings with market needs.
- Provide market feedback to influence service development and quality improvement.
Client Management: - Maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
Reporting: - Track pipeline activity revenue forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Public Health Psychology Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
- 35 years of experience in business development preferably within healthcare behavioral health or mental health services.
- Understanding of mental health services payer systems and regulatory environment.
- Experience in building partnerships and meeting revenue goals.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
