Audiology Receptionist
In medical practice since 1919 Wolfe Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic providing hearing services and medical and surgical vision care throughout Iowa. At Wolfe Clinic Audiology we create Better Hearing for a Better Life.
We have an immediate opening in our Audiology clinic for a full-time team member to provide scheduling and reception duties. This position is in based in our West Des Moines Clinic.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out.
- Perform billing and bookkeeping duties.
- Assist with insurance verifications.
- Assist with minor repairs and orders.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates must possess great communication skills pay close attention to detail be self-directed and motivated possess good decision-making skills and be able to work in a team environment. Computer skills and medical office experience are a plus but are willing to train motivated people. Some daytime travel may occasionally be required.
