Duties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)All system enhancement design development testing and roll out with the help of various stake holders i.e. COE IT Ops of volume from service channels cashier & call center of volume from new identified channels like digital CIBIL system / process support to sales business MIS preparation and roll incentive calculation and roll calculation and roll with HR team for various activities like R&R Auto Promotion IJP roll out annual and mid-year PMs closure and Manage On roll & Off roll headcount and with Risk team for Offer generation policy changes Training & Training over call for any new enhancement changes in product / of monthly offer base to sales / call center various business meet like ZSM / RSM meet / Contest based portfolio metrics: ensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking of EWS location various vendors: ensuring timely onboarding calculation of payout inputs for SMT reporting and Deck inputs for LRS & AOP Deck preparation.4. MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)Major System issues and TAT for its system out of new system enhancement / customer communication across various channels.5.
