About the opportunity
Joining as part of our graduate program this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large dynamic and privately-owned company. Youll get to:
- Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road drainage and water/sewer network designs
- Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
- Manage project administration such as scheduling estimating and report preparation
- Problem solve complex design challenges delivering great solutions for our clients
- Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers contractors construction teams local authorities and councils

- Bachelors degree in civil engineering obtained within the last two years (or working towards)
- A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
- An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
- Previous experience in design construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
