You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe currently have an opportunity for an Asset Coordinator.Join our Health and Education team at The Royal Adelaide Hospital and play a key support role within the Hard FM team ensuring data integrity documentation and reporting requirements are met in support of the Asset Management Plan. The role assists the Asset Manager in the operational delivery of lifecycle condition and compliance activities across the site. Reporting to the Asset Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Bring
Experienced in the management and delivery of FM projects and building works including estimating programming and planning.
Experience in the planning and development of annual budgets and programs.
Experience in planning and development of Asset Maintenance Plans across multiple sites and varied asset types.
